2011 Fantasy Reading Challenge

Written by Darlyn At Thursday, December 09, 2010
Hi! I know that I probably said that I won't be around much but I can't help myself to host this challenge! I think I can manage this one all year long. Plus, I want to make it more exciting with a little incentive!

I love reading fantasy and this is actually a big opportunity for me to make myself read all fantasy books I've collected from buying and won from some giveaways.The Fantasy Reading Challenge was actually hosted at Royal Reviews and then at Queen of Happy Endings. When Alaine offered up bloggers for a new host blog for 2011, I'm so happy to volunteer.

**This Is Totally An Update of The Challenge!**

Hi guys!

Due to some linky tools upgrading and new policies of subscribing, I decided to change the sign-up system of 2011 Fantasy Reading Challenge. I still have all the links of all the participants and have already exported them to the new site. So, no worries! Please visit the site to sign-up, post your reviews and wrap-up post at;

http://fantasyreadingchallenge.blogspot.com

If you already leave the sign up link on this post before, I will enter it for you at the new site. For new participants, please visit the new site for this challenge for sing-up, guidelines and etc.

I'm terribly sorry for inconvenience technical problems and hope this will be a great solution.

Thanks and good luck!

Darlyn.

  2. This sounds like a cool challenge!

    I might just sign up for it--I'll think about it, since I read a lot of Fantasy already, and review some of it, too.

  11. I'm in. I've posted my acceptance of the challenge at Challenge Accepted on my Reading in Texas blog. Looking forward to reporting on the books I read during 2011

  12. Although I think I can do Obsessed, Addicted seems like a good goal - I'd rather surpass my expectations than be dissapointed in my reading.

  13. This is great! I have written my post and it will go up on 1/2/11 - can't wait! I have chosen the fascinated level so I can be sure to finish! Thanks for hosting!

  15. I'd love to sign up for this challenge. I don't actually have a blog and may not actually review a lot of the books I'll read but I would love to try the Addicted – Read 12 Fantasy Fiction novels challenge. I have way too many fantasy novels in my To Be Read mountain; this challenge will be a good excuse to get to them.

  27. I must show some thanks to this writer just for bailing me out of this particular issue. As a result of browsing through the net and seeing views which are not productive, I assumed my life was well over. Being alive devoid of the solutions to the issues you have fixed as a result of your entire post is a serious case, and ones that could have negatively damaged my entire career if I had not come across your web site. That expertise and kindness in dealing with a lot of stuff was crucial. I am not sure what I would’ve done if I had not encountered such a subject like this. I’m able at this time to look forward to my future. Thanks so much for your skilled and sensible guide. I will not hesitate to suggest your blog to anybody who needs and wants support about this topic. 50. Although I don't always read fantasy books, I always get fascinated when I get my hands on one! One specific fantasy book that I have enjoyed reading was written by someone who is not actually a fantasy book author by heart, Stephen King and it ws his Eyes Of The Dragon! An odd book for someone who is considered the "Master of Horror" in paperback novels!
